Kepemimpinan
yang efektif adalah kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan situasi. Tidak ada satu
gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai untuk segala situasi. Pelatihan ini akan membahas
dan melatih peserta dalam hal kepemimpinan situasional sehingga dampak
kepemimpinannya akan efektif dalam mencapai sasaran yang telah ditentukan.
Pelatihan ini mengasah peserta dalam hal sikap dan kemampuan kepemimpinan
situasional; kemampuan untuk menganalisis situasi, persoalan, dan keputusan
yang berkaitan dengan kondisi anak buah; dan melaksanakan teknik berkomunikasi
yang efektif sesuai dengan tingkat kematangan anakbuah. Selain itu peserta juga
akan dilatih untuk mempunyai kemampuan untuk membangkitkan motivasi anakbuah
serta ketrampilan untuk melakukan bimbingan kerja kepada anakbuah agar dapat
mencapai sasaran dan standard kerja yang telah ditentukan.

of followers, determine if the leadership style used are appropriate or
inappropriate, and how to develop the flexibility of using different leadership
style according to the maturity level of followers.
